Available controls

From Settings, a signed-in user can download an account export, request the data archive, stop Health Connect synchronization, delete imported data, and start account deletion. Documents and conversations expose deletion controls in their own surfaces.

Email requests

For access, rectification, restriction, objection, consent questions, or a request that cannot be completed in the account, contact privacy@arqena.eu.

Do not include medical information in the contact message. We will request only what is needed to verify and handle the request.

Timing and legal validation

Identity-verification procedure, response deadlines, exceptions, and supervisory-authority details must be completed and approved by the owner and legal/DPO counsel before final publication.
